Transfer Coating
Plastisol compounding
- A complete in house plastisolcompounding setup enables us tocontrol the quality and make avide range of products to cater ourcustomers.
- We have High speed mixers, Threeroll mills, High accuracy weighingscales, Silo tanks.
Printing / Lacquering
- State of Art multi head Printingand Lacquering line (TaiwanMake).
- Raw Material – Poly urethane andVinyl Acrylic.
- Machine is equipped to handleboth Water based and Solventbased raw materials.
- We have a huge collection ofdesigns and high definition meshroller for post finishingapplications.
Embossing
- We have two dedicated embossingmachine apart from the inlineembossing arrangement on thetransfer coating machine.
- Embossing unit 1 – With twin headassembly for Metal and Vacuumemboss.
- Embossing unit 2 – This is adedicated Vacuum embossingmachine.
Inspection
- We maintain 100% inspectionpercentage.
- We have 5 sets of ergonomicallydesigned inspection machineswhich reduced fatigue of theinspector and has good inspectionangle and ambient lighting.
- The meter counter installed areperiodically checked and timelycalibrated.
Calendaring process
